What exactly is included in the price?
Everything. The full tent-and-table bar setup, a friendly barista (or two), unlimited drinks from our full matcha and coffee menu, all milks and add-ons, cups, lids, straws, napkins, setup, and cleanup. One flat price, zero surprise fees.
How far in advance should we book?
2–3 weeks ahead is ideal, and December and event-season dates go fast — but if your event is this week, ask anyway. If the date is open, we'll make it work.
Do our guests pay, or do we cover it?
Your package covers unlimited drinks, so guests order whatever they want free of charge. It feels like a gift to your team or clients — that's the whole point.
How much space and power do you need?
A roughly 10x10 ft area fits our full tent-and-table setup, and access to a standard outlet. Outdoors is our home turf — patios, parking lots, courtyards — but indoors works great too; we simply set up our tables without the tent. If your venue has quirks, mention it in the form and we'll plan around it.
How long does setup take?
We arrive about 45–60 minutes before service starts and are fully cleaned up shortly after we finish. Your service window is pure serving time — setup and teardown are never counted against it.
Can you customize drinks or branding for our company?
Yes — custom drink names are included in the Crowd Pleaser package, and branded cups, signage, and a custom menu built around your brand are available for larger events and activations. Tell us your vision and we'll match it.
What about dietary restrictions?
We always carry whole, oat, and almond milk, and every drink can be made dairy-free. Let us know about any allergies in advance and we'll accommodate.
Do you have insurance? Our venue requires a COI.
Just let us know your venue's requirements when you book and we'll take care of the paperwork before event day.
How do deposits and payment work?
A 50% deposit locks in your date, with the balance due on event day. We accept card, Zelle, and business checks, and can provide an invoice for your accounting team.
What if we need to reschedule or cancel?
Life happens. Reschedule free with 7+ days' notice. Cancel with 7+ days' notice and your deposit converts to credit for a future booking — so you never lose your money with us.
What if it rains at our outdoor event?
Our setup includes a tent, so light rain never stops service — and if conditions get serious we'll work with you to move service indoors or reschedule at no charge. We've never left a client without their matcha.
What areas do you serve?
All of Tampa Bay — Tampa, St. Pete, Clearwater, Brandon, Riverview, Wesley Chapel and surrounding areas. Travel within 20 miles of Tampa is free; beyond that, a small mileage fee applies and we'll include it in your quote up front.
